§ Practice
A small practice,
deliberately so.
§ 01 — Position
Ryker Audit was founded in 2019 by a group of former Big Four senior managers who had grown tired of watching audits be staffed by people two years out of school. We rebuilt the firm we wanted to be hired by.
Every engagement is led by a partner with at least twelve years in the field. We do not subcontract fieldwork. We do not run templates. We will not start an engagement we don't believe we can finish well.
The work is unglamorous on purpose. Audits should be quiet, precise, and difficult to dispute. That is what we sell.

§ 02 — Principles
What we hold to.
- i.Independence is not negotiable. We do not consult on the controls we then audit. We do not sell remediation. The auditor's job is to observe and report.
- ii.Evidence over assertion.A screenshot is not a control. We test against live systems and primary artifacts. If we cannot test it, we say so plainly.
- iii.Findings should be specific.A finding our client cannot act on Monday morning is a finding we have not written well enough.
- iv.Quiet work.We do not market our client list. We do not publish case studies. References are made one to one, on request.
