Ryker Audit hires a handful of practitioners each year. Every seat is senior. Every role is bounded. We run a small bench of people who finish what they start.

§ 01 — Structure

Thirty people.
Four levels. Flat by design.

  1. I.
    Partners
    1 opening
    Equity partners with 12+ years of audit experience. Five of six seats are filled; one opening for a partner to lead engagements from kickoff to issuance and sign all reports personally.
  2. II.
    Principals
    0 openings
    Senior managers on partner track. All nine seats are currently occupied. Each principal carries at most three concurrent engagements.
  3. III.
    Associates
    4 openings
    Audit professionals with 4+ years of field experience. Recruited from Big Four practices and in-house security teams. Eight of twelve seats are filled; four openings remain. Every associate is CPA-, CISA- or OSCP-credentialed.
  4. IV.
    Counsel
    0 openings
    Of-counsel specialists in privacy law, federal compliance and forensic accounting. All three seats are occupied. Engaged when the matter requires the additional discipline.
